" I have had recent experience with Clinic'estetica™ in Tijuana for facial wasting, which my HIV doc said was the worst he personally had seen.   I work in sales and my deathlike, sunken face sure doesn't help there..I flew from Chicago to LA, then drove to the border to Tijuana & easily got a taxi to the clinic, in the upscale "medical area" of Tijuana a couple miles from the border, actually a lot more sleek-looking than my good old Chicago neighborhood.  And the facility itself was spotless.

I had no discomfort during the procedure (aside from the pinprick administering the local) and was absolutely amazed looking in the mirror immediately afterwards.

I had no bruising, discoloration, or pain aside from the initial anesthetic-just  pinpricks-and no complications in the weeks following.  I did lose the "swelling effect" I was told to expect, but my face "stabilized" after about a month & 4 months later remains amazingly improved.   I was surprised at how the filler.feels very natural and part of me   (I had expected some sense of carrying around foreign matter.)  My HIV docs were impressed with the change.
