Meet the Staff

Anna Love – Founder/Director

Anna Love was born in Europe, and lived most of her life in Toronto, New York, Florida and now California.  She is a graduate of the Ontario College of Art with a degree in design.  She has raised three children and built several successful businesses. At the height of her business career, Anna came to know a different path. She envisioned creating a safe and supportive environment where people with disturbances in physical appearance could become the best they could be. Dr. Palmira Morales

Dr. Palmira Morales our Medical Director and chief physician, Dr. Palmira Morales. Dr. Morales has devoted much of her life to education. Dr. Morales attended one of the most rigorous medical schools in Mexico in Guadalajara where she devoted 100% effort to her studies. Dr. Morales holds a Degree in In General Surgery with a diplomat in Aesthetic Medicine from the UNAM of Mexico. How  Dr. Morales arrived at aesthetic medicine is a mystery, even to her. She relates “I only know that it was not by chance. From the very first patient aesthetic I worked with, I could feel the passion that this area of medicine generated in me, especially to see how the cosmetic and reconstructive treatments can improve the quality of life for each of my patients. This is the biggest reward and is one of the main reasons that compel me to continue to research and study in order to offer only the best of modern medicine and myself to all of my patients”.

Diana Favela – Manager

Diana joined the Clinic’estetica team in 2010. She earned a Bachelors degree in International Business Administration at the State University of Baja California (UABC) and she loves spending time with family and friends, enjoys to travel and music. Diana says that working at Clinic’estetica “is a challenge that fulfills my professional aspirations, it’s really significant to me when patients tell me what a positive impact our work and comprehension has made in their lives and that’s what fuels me not only to be a better office manager but a better human being”.

Alejandra Martinez – Administrative Assistant

Aleks was born in Leon Guanajuato, grew up in Southern California and became part of Tijuana in her early teens. Obtaining her Degree in International Business at (UABC) State University of Baja California she headed out to face new and exciting challenges in the work field. She currently has a beautiful family which includes her husband and two children.  As administrative assistant, being part of Clinic’ Estetica is a wonderful experience. Some of my responsibilities are to provide product & service information, answer any questions or doubts, schedule appointments and make our patients feel welcome via phone, e-mail or in person. Updating files, taking before & after photographs for a procedure, supporting Dr. Morales accessing her patient  files and greeting patients  are also a few of my daily tasks at the clinic. In general, I do my best to be available for Dr. Morales and our Manager in any situation I may be of help.
Ceidy Berenice Galván Jasso – Laser Technician
Born February 13th in Tijuana, Baja California.
She has completed all her studies in her native city. She just graduated from (ICCC) Instituto de Ciencias Cosmetológicas y Cosmiátricas and has been part of Clinic estetica since 2009.
As Laser Technician and assistant at Clinic estética, she has been able to put her studies to practice permitting her to learn and evolve in this environment.
Georgina Maldonado – Laser Technician

 UEI (United Educational Institute) College graduate. Since family is the
most important thing in her life, she has devoted everything to her daughter Isabella. As the most recent member of Clinic’estetica Gina says: “Working at Clinic’estetica has changed both my personal and professional life in a positive way. I feel pleased and satisfied making patients feel happy about themselves, knowing patients come back as a result of our care.” Some of Gina’s tasks include: Laser hair removal technician, performing microdermabrasions and assisting Dr. Morales.

Lily A. Pedraza – Office Manager, graduated from the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California. Lived in Cabo San Lucas, lower Baja, where she worked as back office manager for Century 21Costa Azul, during that period (1999-1986) she participated as Treasurer and Secretary for “Amigos de los Niños”, a non-profit organization that helps children obtain medical attention.  In June of 2004 she joined Clinic’estetica where she has manned front desk activities and helps patients schedule their cosmetic surgeries in coordination with our doctor. Has attended several local and national events and
expos as a sales and marketing rep for Clinic’estetica’s services and products.
